Every website owner should monitor their website downtime or uptime. Every website owner should be watching how frequently and for how long their website is down! Why? Well if you don’t how do you know if your hosting company is delivering what you are paying for and delivering the Service Level Agreement they promise and how do you know if your customers are experiencing problems and poor performance?
