(Freeindex is a great FREE business directory as an alternative to paying www.YELL.com) Unlike many other web design companies I do not positively filter my testimonials to show only the best ones. I have no control over what testimonials appear, good or bad! I can not remove bad testimonails from FreeIndex. If I didn’t offer the best web design service you would soon know about it and that’s reassurance for you!

I am not a “geek” who talks in technical jargon; I explain the whole web design process in layman’s terms. I will teach you what you need to know and I certainly will not patronise you. I won’t baffle you with web design terminology, after all website building is certainly not rocket science!

Some web design companies will just build a website without providing ideas, I provide ideas for your web site, things you may never have thought of, even if it means more work for me. I want you to be 100% happy with your website and I want to be proud of the work I have done for you too! I am also not scared to advise you and tell you if I think of a better approach. We build a website together, we create ideas together, and it’s a team effort! My enthusiasm is contagious, I put in 100% to every website I build, inspiring you to get creative too!
Pay nothing until 100% happy!
You pay nothing until you are entirely happy and there will be no hidden costs, the price I quote is the price you pay. End of! All I ask for is a small desposit of £40 (at time of writing) to cover initial setup costs for hosting and domain name registration. Domains are registered in your name so in the unlikely circumstance of the project not completing, you own the domain. Some companies take up to 50% deposit before they will even consider starting work. Some companies register domains in their name not yours. I look after my clients and promise to deliver, I believe a small deposit to cover initial costs shows a clients commitment to a project also.
Continued Website Support!
Once your website is complete, I do not wash my hands of it, I offer continued support, assistance and advice, quite often for FREE. I will support you in getting your business online every step of the way.

There are many companies out there to choose from, the difference with me is I will not complicate web design projects. I keep web design simple! I am an expert not because of qualifications, but because I have been using the web for years. I know what is good in website design and what is bad, from a user perspective not a techies!
